Bruin Love – Graduation Portraits Pt. 1

Hello Lovies!

So sorry everything has been so hectic lately with graduation! It’s truly an interesting journey and I am truly grateful for graduating at such a wonderful university.

Anyways, here are some portraits I did for the lovely Megan! She was so sweet and had to drive a whole hour to do this shoot for two hours. I know that she is going to go on to do great things in the future and change the world with her post-graduation plans.

What do you guys think?

Meri Designs

Hello Lovies!

Got to do another awesome shoot with Louis today! This time, we were doing a shoot for Meri Clothing by Meredith who is one creative designer with hip and new shirts. This shoot took a total of 30 minutes, and we used the bare minimum in terms of equipment. I can always count on Louis to do some awesome tricks! Here is a preview of the short shoot as we will be shooting again soon-this time with better weather conditions!!

Paige, The Amazing Tap Dancer

Hello Lovies!

This is the first time that someone I didn’t know of reached out to be photographed by me! This feels absolutely amazing and I am so thankful that people think my work is worth something. Usually, most of my photo requests are from friends of friends or people that I kind of know. However, Paige reached out to me to do headshots for her and I was more than thrilled! Paige is an upcoming dancer and a very good one at that! She specializes in tap dancing so I thought it’d be best if we elaborate on that in her photos. She was nice enough to drive all the way to OC for the photoshoot and we went on several locations. She was wonderfully positive to work with and I’m glad we could both work on this project together!

Thank you to my assistant Claire for doing the makeup and going location scouting with me!

What do you lovelies think of this portrait?

Happy New Years: Third Wheel Edition

Hello Loves!

While going out for new years, we happen to have our own promo photo for our upcoming show about Hardcore Third Wheeling. Will jonathan ever find a girlfriend? Prepare yourselves for an adventure of romance (or lack thereof).

Just kidding. Kind of…

Playing around with lighting

To be honest, I’m having withdrawls from photography. It’s been way too long since I’ve shot anything and I realize that perhaps it’s a great hobby. Anyways, this quarter will be insane at UCLA with interning, working, and a full courseload so hopefuly I can get some photos in there somewhere! This was taken on New Years while my friend and I were playing around with lighting before our guests got there. I went for the dramatic half face in darkness look? ha
